NEED • Only 35 percent of classrooms are fully engaged in using BYOT on a regular basis
OBJECTIVES • Increase awareness through professional development to attain a school-wide or 100% implementation of BYOT initiative. • Increase student access to technology resources and digital content.

PROJECT DESCRIPTION • STAGE 1 • Foster a “BYOT-Friendly” Atmosphere in the Classroom • Ask Teachers to: • Start thinking about ways that student-owned devices could be incorporated into their lessons. • Share ideas with others. • Ask students about how using their devices can improve their learning. • Encourage students to bring devices to class.
