When we say quality we say performance in something and taking as a prime example the products of Puma, Puma was founded in 1948 and since then until today people still callthis company because it offers seriousness, quality and design for the price not too expensive. Quality is often durability and efficiency. Asus computers, hotels five star, The Beatles music band, singer Christina Aguilera, Apple products, movies like Titanic, Jules Verne, books Nikon cameras, are produced and services qualitative created by and for humans. ------------------------------

To avoid confusion and end the endless controversy OrganizationInternational Standardization defines quality as "the set of properties andcharacteristics of a product or service that it gives the amplitude of thesatisfying's need expressed and involved ". “The first quality of style is clarity” (Aristotel)

  4. The quality can just be get throught continued organization performance and adequate training for those who need to percept the quality as an competitive element.The quality means satisfaction of the user and obtaining profit. Product quality is a right of consumers.
