  3. Is Breakfast an Important Part of Your Diet? • It’s important to spread your caloric intake throughout your day. • It makes it easier to loose weight.

  4. What Are the Best Kinds ofWeight Reduction Diets? • The healthiest diets don’t rely on gimmicks, such as eating grapefruits before each meal, and they include a variety of foods, eaten at regular times throughout the day. Small meals and snacks are healthier than large meals.

  5. What Is YO-YO Dieting, And Is It Healthy For You? • Gaining and loosing weight • It is not healthy for you!

  6. Does Exercise Affect Your Diet? • It makes it easier to loose weight by burning up calories • Muscle weighs more than fat.

  7. To Loose Weight, You Need To… • Burn more calories than you take in!

  8. Do Crash Diets Work? • No, because you don’t change your eating habits , and as soon as you eat normally, you’ll re-gain the weight that you lost!

  10. Safety & Sanitation • Electrical appliances should be unplugged from the wall first! • Use potholders when removing pans from the oven. Towels may catch on fire. • It’s okay to taste food while cooking as long as there are no raw eggs or meat. Use a clean spoon, and wash between tasting.
