Faculty • 143 Faculty in six departments, 16 Active Emeritus • 31 Women • 83 Fellows of Societies: IEEE, AIChE, ASME, ASCE, ACM, AAAS • 30 NSF Career Award, NYI, PYI Awardees Research • Currently over 172 funded projects totaling $74 million • Research expenditures: $21.5 million for FY15 • Publications: 42 books and book chapters, 378 journal papers and 402 conference papers • Patents: 41 disclosures, 35 filed, 8 issued, 11 options/licenses
