This study focuses on detecting Hepatitis A virus and Rotavirus in spring water through RT-PCR analysis. Rotaviruses, belonging to Reoviridae family, are a common cause of severe diarrhea in children. Group A is the most prevalent and harmful strain, causing symptoms like vomiting, diarrhea, and low-grade fever. Vaccines have been developed to prevent the spread of Rotavirus infections.
