  2. LOCATION UNCW is located in the heart of Wilmington. Which is where all my family is which makes it very convenient for me and my family. Which is a lot closer than UNC and Ohio state.

  3. Program UNCW has the 3rd ranked marine biology program in the country. Compared to other schools that is amazing. But I’m going into the health and science program. Which is also very good

  4. COST Living on campus and off campus at UNCW are the same amount at 20,601 but if you live with your parents it is 15,173.

  5. DEMOGRAPHICS GENDER: Women = 60% Men = 40% RACE /ETHNICITY White 9,968 80% Hispanic 784 6% African American/ black 603 5% Two or more Races 347 3%

  6. Application Requirement The application fee for all applicant types is $75. The application is not refundable. Anybody is allowed to apply as long as you have graduated high school.

  7. History UNCW was built in 1946 It was an official college in 1948 John T Hoggard was once the leader of UNCW

  8. GRADUATION REQUIREMENTS You need at least a c average in the health science program to graduate.
