Bridges Leadership & Design Group (BLD) • Charged by CCEP on November 14, 2012 • Charge includes: • Catalogue gaps in translation of biomedical advances into improved health outcomes • Review evidence on science of health care delivers • Define ideal roles and responsibilities needed for physicians to contribute effectively in teams to deliver care • Outline new graduation competencies & compare to existing competencies to identify important gaps • Charge working groups to address these competency gaps wrt learning objectives, instructional methods, and assessment tools • Broad representation wrt areas of expertise in Healthcare Goals, Complex Systems, Pedagogy • CCEP approved Dr. Anna Chang, MD as chair • BLD reports to Associate Dean of Curriculum & CCEP
