Features Identify location with Barcode Information and history of asset can be viewed by scanning the Barcode attached to the asset at any time using a PDA device. Besides that a comprehensive search on different criteria can be made to locate the asset.
Upload data from palm to PC and visa versa Details of assets can be updated to the PDA device and the information in the PDA device can be updated in the PC whenever it is necessary.
Web based access across locations The application can be used from multiple locations and there by the branches of a company can use the same application from the server.
Inventory, Insurance and warranty management of assets across multiple locations As the module is web based and includes a handheld interface on palm, it allows easy asset management for multiple locations. The system maintains issues, returns, warranty and inventory details of different assets across organizations.
Calculation of Depreciation The system includes depreciationmodule and supports differentmethods available. The system supports multiple accounts likeincome tax and company law andit could be for multiple companies.
Document Management The system allows to maintain the documents such as invoices, warranty documents, and insurance policy etc. It also allows to store the image of the asset.
Software organizer The software organizer helps in managing different software licensing and keys
