  2. SERVICES/WARRANTIES Turner & Sheek Pest Control offers a variety of services for your home or business. Extensive training in the identification and biology of home invading pests allows us to use pesticides in a more judicious AND more effective manner. INSPECTIONS AND EVALUATIONS ARE FREE. We do a complete inspection, including a termite and moisture evaluation of the entire crawlspace. You will be given a written report of our findings and recommendations. We will answer any and all questions you may have, and then we go away. You may call us with more questions or to have the service performed. You will not need to sign a contract until the service is to be done. Contracts for regular service are binding on us, not you. You can stop regularly scheduled service at any time without penalty. ONE TIME SERVICES HAVE A 45 DAY GUARANTEE. This is often all that is needed. A pest infestation may appear after bringing in, say, a bag of bird seed or an antique rug. A regularly scheduled service would not be necessary in such a case.

In order to control a pest, you need to know what it is, where it came from and why it is there. This is especially important for small flies, gnats, “flying ants”, roaches and pests coming from your pantry. Keep in mind that a treatment for one species of roach will have no affect at all on another roach species. It is important to note that, in the flying stages, ants and termites are very similar to the untrained eye. He is very knowledgeable about the pest control business and has always explained the procedures in detail to us. His hard work and honesty has earned our trust.
