Establishing and Maintaining the Human Connection in Online Education Design rich learning experiences that incorporate such elements as: • Interviews with subject matter experts • Role-play interactions with specific educational goals • Live Classroom sessions containing: • Student-to-student role-play interactions • Peer presentations • Peer support groups • Instructor and/or facilitator interaction with the class

It really is such an important part of the learning process.” • “The peer support group was a feature I really enjoyed. It was helpful to see the role of a facilitator and also connect with peers.”
