Status of Implementation of PRIASOFT IN ZP/BP LEVEL • Master Data Entry for ZP & BP Level have been completed. • Opening Balance Entry of all the Schemes for both ZP & BP Level have been completed. • Voucher Entry for ZP Level has been completed from 1st April’10 up to July’10. • BP Level Voucher Entry for all the schemes have already been started from 1st April’10.

  5. Status of Implementation of PRIASOFT at GP Level • Master Data Entry for 173 GPs have been completed. • Opening Balance Entry for 113 GPs have been completed. • Voucher Entry is yet to be started. • All BDOs have been instructed to start voucher entry both at BP & GP Level from 1st April’ 10 onwards.

  6. PROBLEMS FACED DURING DATA ENTRY • Advance cannot be adjusted. • Error occurred at the time saving the voucher. • State Bank of India, Raghunathpur Branch is not on the list of Bank Branch. As a result, Master Data entry for Thirteenth Finance Commission Scheme cannot be possible for the GPs of Raghunathpur Block.
