The 4 APRM thematic areas seem to align well within the 3 clusters of MKUZA thus harmonization between the National Plan of Action of the APRM and MKUZA Implementation Plan will facilitate in attainment of accelerating economic development which is an important for the attainment of vision objectives. It cements the thinking of “Development from within”. CONCLUSION
