We might feel completely drained of all our energy during the period when a panic attack comes and then subsides. Panic disorder results in some people who have experienced sudden occasional panic attacks developing so much fear of an impending attack again, also going ahead and developing panic disorders in the future. Daily stimulation of these acupoints will help the person suffering from panic or anxiety disorders to get better and, in the end, heal completely. These acupoints are P6, P7, H7, Li11, Yintang, Gv20. We will find out their position in our body is and massage and stimulate Qi or the energy flow. P6: Nei Guan

  3. The acupoint Pericardium 6 is located at three finger widths from the wrist and somewhere in the middle of the forearm. Locate the acupoint and apply firm pressure while massaging this point. Do for 15-20 seconds and then repeat. Do the same thing for the other arm too. It will provide relief from Panic, anxiety attacks, and disorders. You can perform this procedure several times a day. P7: Daling The pericardium 7 position lies between the tendons of the muscle palmaris longus and muscle flexor carpi radialis. Massaging or pressurizing on this particular location calms the mind and removes heat. Thus it provides relief from panic bouts. We need to stretch our arms straight and keep an open palm facing us, and you need to repeat for both arms. You could do this acupressure as many times a day you wish to. Massage the P7 spot for at least 15 to 20 seconds for each session.

  4. H7 – Shenmen The Heart7, also known as Shenmen, which means the “Spirit Gate” in Chinese, is located on the wrist. The position of H7 is at the ulnar bone end of the transverse crease of the wrists on both hands. There is a depression on the radial side of our tendon m flexor carpi ulnaris. Stimulation of this point can give relief from anxiety and panic disorders. With your thumb, press H7 point firmly but gently. Please do it for 15 to 20 seconds; after completing the massage, do on the other hand. You can repeat this procedure after some time, which will relieve your anxiety and panic-related problems.
