A. My cross selling project with the affiliates is MANPOWER PLANNING = Productivity and Talent Development It all started because Management had requested HRAD to provide a monthly comparison of manpower
#1 ASK employees what they value because people differ in value.
#2 SET goals for individuals; if individuals accept the goals and see the behavior as worthwhile (expectations), they will be highly motivated to pursue their goals.
#3 Satisfied employees leads to membership; they may be saying that they will be loyal to the company and speak well of it to others.
#4 Engage a survey to come up with scores that can be indicators of how good or bad a work situation is.
#5 With this, we hope to achieve employee retention, performance, and commitment.
My personal goal for the next quarter is to: Ask, Set, Satisfy, Engage and retain so that we can truly say that each of us is an ASSET of LICA Management, Inc.
