  4. Artifact • Items such as pottery pieces, weapons, tools, and jewelry that were made by humans.

  5. Tribe • Group of people who share a common ancestry, name, and way of living

  6. Early Migration • Migration- movement of people from one place to another. • The first people migrated to North America between 30,000 BC to 10,000 BC

  7. How did they get there? • ICE AGE

  8. For two million years North America was covered inICE
