  1. Verification of the Estimation of the ink Level in the Printer • Insert the plain colorless paper in the printer. • In the control panel, press the button given near to the Setup icon.

  2. Open your machine box setting and press ok. • Choose the Estimated Ink option and then press ok.

  3. Changing the Cartridges • Change the old cartridges along with the new ones. • Continue with the procedure after your printer is silent & idle. • Take out the cartridge from the printer by opening the cartridge door.

  4. Avoid touching the Contacts and nozzles. • Remove the plastic tape. • Insert the cartridges back in the printer.

  5. Now, put the plain colorless paper in the input paper tray. • Press the Power button to switch on the printer.

  6. Aligning The Printer • Make sure the printer is on when you are loading the papers for printing. • Go to the control panel and press the button given next to the Setup icon. • Next, move to the Tools section and press ok. • Select the Printer setting option and then press ok.

  7. At this moment, the printer will start printing the alignment paper. • Hold the lid of the printer. • Make sure the paper is properly placed on the printer and it must be placed on the right front corner of your scanner glass.
