What is the meaning of Science Diplomacy? - In January 2010, the Royal Society and the American Association for the Advancement of Science (AAAS) noted that "science diplomacy" Refers to three main types of activities:1-“Science in diplomacy”:Science can provide advice to inform and support foreign policy objectives.2-“Diplomacy for science”: Diplomacy can facilitate international scientific cooperation.3-"Science for diplomacy”: Scientific cooperation can improve international relations.
Are the Current National Educationand Training Systems Able To GiveEducational Product Meets The Challenges of Global Problems/Crisis? -The current education and training systems are not given in most cases, an educational product is capable of systemic creative management of the local and international problems/ Crisis because of systemic origin, and consequences.

What is Global Education[GE]? -[GE] means integration of global perspective across the learning areas.- OR The Educational system that cross bounders around the world.i.e. free movements of teachers, students, curricula, and teaching materials withinthe frame of Global standars. -OR The Education that opens the people eyes and minds to realities of globalized world with its challenges and awaken them to bring about world of greater justice, equity, and human rights for all.
Objectives of Global Education Prepare the students - T o develop skills and attitudes which enable them to take responsibility for their own lives and the world we live in and become active global citizens. -To broaden horizons and encourages exploration of all subjects from a global perspective. -To intensify the scientific cooperation for science Diplomacy - To enhance our common understanding of the world.

II- Designing Global Systemic Academic Programs [GSAP] for preparation of the Global Citizen [G.C.]:i-The programme should meet the requirements of national and/or regional/ global defined goals.
ii - The programme should take an account of the impact of systemic interaction of cultural, economic, social, political and environmental , global domains.iii - The program should acknowledge and recognize the dignity, and the uniqueness of all human beings around the world.iv-The program should encourage the students to create systemic elements & interactions.
III :Designing Global Systemic Training Programs [GSTP] for preparation of Global Teachers [GT] via: Systemic programs should take the following into account ;i-Prepare teachers to ;Teach in a variety of cultural settings.ii- Think and act systemically;locally and globally.iii-Practice of a Global Web-based Discussion Forum as a Global Knowledge Building Community.
iv - Understand ;how world is interconnected systemically. v-Believe in systemic education for sustainable development.vi - Acknowledge and recognize the dignity, and the uniqueness of all human beings around the world.Vii-Gain communication skillsto enhance Science Diplomacy via international scientific cooperation. Viii- Encourage the students to create systemic elements & interaction.
IV: Using ICTInformationand Communication Technology [ICT ] :- Have the potential to engage global students & teachers to a wider systemic view of the global society, facilitates systemic thinking, teaching, and global activities.
1-One-to-One computing:- The trend in classrooms around the world is to provide an information appliance to every learner and create learning environments that assume universal access to the technology. - Classrooms should prepare for the universal availability of personal learning devices. 2-Teacher-Generated Open Content.- School systems are increasingly open to universal learning resources that is most effective in the classroom.-Many online texts allow teachers to edit, add to, or otherwise customize material for their students that exactly suits the style and pace of the course.

-Writing Systemic teaching materials for student volunteers that is modeled after experimentation.-Building Global systemic assessment package for students.-Establish Center of Systemic Global Education, as an international focal point for -global cooperation in;i-The SGE activities, ii-Solving systemic global problems/crisis via building think tanks -
