4. Thumbnail Previews • When you place your mouse pointer over a minimized application or document on the Taskbar a thumbnail view will pop up which you can make active just by clicking on the thumbnail or thumbnails.

5. Flip 3-D Feature • Windows 7 AERO lets you sort through all open application Windows in 3-D

6. Jump Lists • A list of menu options to an application that is displayed when you right click a taskbar icon and displays items relevant to a particular application.

8. The Shake Feature • Allows you to keep the active window visible on the screen while minimizing the rest of the open windows.
