5. Why Online Test Platfrom? Recently more and more exams are getting conducted online. Online assessment is very efficient and cost effective way to make the assessments. Making online assessment a part of regular assessment will enable institutes to maintain their competitiveness in the era of high competition. In India recently most of the exams are conducted online, so making online assessment will help students to keep them abreast to the new changes in the assessment systems of competitive exams. Online Assessment also provides an opportunity to have a deep level of analytics which will give better insight to the students about their shortcomings and lack of preparedness.

6. URvar’s Testprep Platform Cloud based solution which can be used alone or can be integrated with institute’s website. Testprep is online test platform to conduct online tests and provide deeper level analysis to the students. Two kinds of login is provided in the application (with different rights)- admin and students. It can be integrated with organisation’s website or it can be used as standalone. Testprep keeps track of students performance on given tests which can be used by them for improvement

7. URvar’s Testprep Platform: Functionalities Our platform empowers the institute to conduct their tests online and provides excellent analytics. Online Testprep Functionality Student Admin • Admin can enter question with the help of MS-word like tool. • Excellent Search facility to create paper sets. • Advanced reporting to view students details and their performance • Tool to highlight particular line/s or phrase for a particular question based on paragraph. Only for that particular question paragraph’s line/s or phrase is highlighted. Reporting During Test •  Reporting is interactive & easy to understand. • Graph is presented on the basis of demand which makes it easy to understand. • Students can check global performance status of this question as same questions can be used in multiple tests • Students can see question no. vs. time spent plot and this plot is also interactive. Students can jump to the particular question by clicking on the question no. on this plot. • Student can see their self progress report across tests taken by them. • Students will have access to question-wise performance summary along with overall analysis. • Difficulty wise analysis of questions and performance of the students for all sections, categories or topics of the tests. • Students can browse all questions topic-wise and check for correct options and solutions. • Students can compare their score, time-taken, net marks with others for all sections of the paper with an overall analysis. • Tool to highlight particular section of the paragraph while taking test. Particular line or phrase of the paragraph is dynamically highlighted for a particular concept based question of the paragraph • Questions can be viewed one by one either overall or subject-wise. •  Student’s can keep a track of the time spent on each question along with an overall analysis.  • Student’s may flag the questions they wish to attempt later.

13. Pricing – Testprep Pricing Options Clients can decide pricing system best suited for them. Customers have to pay one time activation charge of Rs. 5,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand). After that they can decide which tariff plan is most suitable for them. We have two kind of tariff plans- based on subscription or pay as you go basis. Pros Cons • It is possible to conduct any no. of tests in a particular duration. • Suited well for cases where institute is conducting tests at high frequency. • Less flexibility in changing scope i.e. you have to pay even when you will not conduct test. • Costly when no. of tests is less. Subscription Client pays company for fixed duration service. • Client has the flexibility to “pay as go” and is not bound for particular duration. • High freedom to clients as tests are conducted on demand. • Cost will be high if the number or frequency of tests is high. Pay as you go Typically client pays company for fixed no. of tests. • In case, the customer is an Institute who wants to avail the facility of our test centers, then customer needs to follow the following rules and regulations: • Not more than two tests can be conducted by that Institute in a month. • All students of the Institute would be added within one month of the grant of the license. • Request for the exam date would be submitted at least one month before availing the facility and the list of candidates would be sent to the concerned test centers along with the exam date(i.e. one month in advance).
