Embezzlement • A church treasurer who takes money from the church • A CEO who takes money from his company.
Robbery • Theft of property from a person WITH • The act or threat of harm
Armed Robbery adds the element of a weapon or perceived weapon.
Burglary • Entering a building without permission with the INTENT to commit a crime.

Arson • Burning property with intent and malice.
Extortion (blackmail) • The threat of future harm in order to obtain someone’s stuff.
Forgery • To make or change a document with the intent to fool.
Receiving Stolen Property • This is a crime if you knew or should have known that the property was stolen • Felony: $100 or more • Misdemeanor: less than $100
