Hi I am Snehal Joshi, Project Manager at www.outsourcingtypingservices.com. I am, an Arts graduate (Economics) and holding HDCS (Higher Diploma in Computer Science), have more than 5 years experience in IT/BPO sector. I have been working with Hi-Tech since 2004. I have joined Hi-Tech as a BPO Operator and gradually promoted as a Manager in 2006. As a manager, I am handling a team of around 50 personnel.
