What is slander? When you say something damaging and false about someone, either in a speech or on YouTube, or some other venue for your voice.

What kind of freedoms do students have regarding religion in public schools? They can still pray by themselves or in with friends, they can have a Bible club, they can read their Bible on their own time (as long as other students are allowed to read their own books).

Why didn’t the framers of the Constitution spell out every liberty? They realized they didn’t have to spell out every liberty, so they created the Ninth Amendment – “just because we haven’t thought of it, doesn’t mean they don’t exist”.
Is the Third Amendment relevant today? Well, we don’t have to worry about troops being housed in our homes, but the idea of privacy of our homes certainly lives within the Third Amendment.
