  2. HOW TO BE A COLT! Put it this way… Be Safe. Be Responsible. Be Respectful. ALL day, EVERY day!

  3. HOW TO BE A COLT! Arrival Expectations

  4. Arrival Expectations • Be Safe: - Walk with a purpose on the right side to the appropriate area (cafeteria, meadow, stadium, etc.). - Stay seated until you have permission to get up or are dismissed. • Be Respectful: - Raise your hand if you would like to get up. - Use appropriate language and voice level. - Comply with adult instructions. • Be Responsible: - Clean your area before leaving. - Be ready to go to 1st period when dismissed.

  5. Bus Riders Immediately enter the building through the East doors. Go directly to the cafeteria for breakfast or to your assigned waiting area. Car Riders Immediately enter the building through the West doors. Go directly to the cafeteria for breakfast or to your assigned waiting area.

  6. Breakfast When eating breakfast: Get in line and stay in line. Sit at tables marked as “Breakfast” tables. Once you are seated, STAY seated. Raise your hand and get permission before you get out of your seat. When you are finished eating: Throw away all of your trash. Move to your assigned waiting area.

  7. 6th Graders After you eat: Please move from the breakfast tables to an empty seat at another table in the cafeteria. Stay seated and talk quietly. Raise your hand if you need to get up for ANY reason. Do not leave the cafeteria until dismissed by an adult.

  8. 7th Graders After you eat: Please move from the breakfast tables to the “bleachers” at the back of the cafeteria. Use only the GREY stairs to go up and down between the sections. Stay seated and talk quietly. Raise your hand if you need to get up for ANY reason. Do not leave the “bleachers” until dismissed by an adult.

  9. 8th Graders After you eat: Please move from the breakfast tables to an empty seat at a table in the area known as “the meadow”. Stay seated and talk quietly. Raise your hand if you need to get up for ANY reason. Do not leave the area until dismissed by an adult.
