Make sure the internet connection is proper. If you are facing internet connectivity issues, then simply restart the Router. REINSTALL THE ALEXA APP Improper installation of the Alexa App may hinder its performance. You can initially uninstall the Alexa App and then reinstall it. Follow the steps carefully for the Alexa App installation. If the Alexa App suddenly stopped responding then you can reinstall the Alexa App or you may also restart your device.
