BASIC PROTOCOL OF ACTION: Xosé Ramos, 2017 The Head ofStudiesoffersthestudentsinvolved in theconflicttheMediationas a voluntarystrategyto solve theconflict, whichwillbevalued as a mitigatingfactor. - The GuidanceDepartmentandPromotingSchoolEnvironmentDepartment(Dinamización deConvivencia Escolar ) (Mediationcoordination) willassignthemediators in each case. - PREMEDIATION (optional): each mediator, in order to gatherbackgroundinformationabouttheconflict, willmeetthelitigantsseparately. Thiswillalsoenable to confirmthewillingness of thestudents to goonwiththemediationprocess. - MEDIATION: Itwill be developedintothesessionswhich are consideredappropriate and in whichthemediators and thestudentsinvolved in theconflictwill be present.

BASIC PROTOCOL OF ACTION : Xosé Ramos, 2017 The Final AgreementwillbecommunicatedtotheGuidanceDepartment, tothe Promoter ofSchoolEnvironmentandthe Head ofStudies. -MONITORING: whenthecircumstancesrequireit, theMediationTeamwill monitor theconflict, in order to verifythedegree of compliance of theagreementsoritsevolution. -REGISTRATION: TheGuidanceDepartment and thepromoter of SchoolEv¡nvironmentwillhave a description of themediatedconflicts, withthenames of theparticipants and themediators, as well as the dates and thetype of agreements.
