  2. Why do we resist change? • That four-letter word __ __ __ __ • Security, status • Habit and W-A-D-I-T-W • No need • WIIFM – NOT!

  3. Facts about change… • Never-ending, “norm” • It’s physical as well as psychological • It’s welcomed by some, resisted by others • It’s normal to feel resistance • Often seen as a n _ g _ t _ _ _

  4. A Change thought… If you don’t like how things look, then look at things differently and you will begin to see a new picture…
