  6. 10 Policy Demand from the UPA • Adopt the Right to Education Bill 2005 with suggested amendments, and allocate 6% of the GDP to Education • Allocate 3% of the GDP to Health and the effectively implement the National Rural Health Mission (NRHM). • Ensure the rigorous implementation of the NREGA, and involve the local elected bodies in the same • Implement Forest Rights Act, 2006 and strengthen the implementation of the Land Reforms Acts. • Table and enact Women’s Reservation Bill in Parliament immediately • Enact a comprehensive Central legislation on reservation in the private sector for dalits and adivasis. 3 Years of the NCMP
