Habitat for Humanity. The goal of my charity is to help many people that were effected by storms. Charity- When you give money to a worthy cause. Ex- CHKD. Breaunnah C. “ Betty Salter is like an angel to me .” Said a women who has been helped by this organization.

  1. Habitat for Humanity • The goal of my charity is to help many people that were effected by storms. Charity- When you give money to a worthy cause. Ex- CHKD Breaunnah C • “Betty Salter is like an angel to me.” Said a women who has been helped by this organization. I can be charitable by giving money to CHKD or any research center for the little children who are in desperate need of medical attention. • Did you know, Habitat for Humanity is a Christian organization? More than 800,000 houses were built and more than 4 million people served worldwide. Leonardo Di’Caprio is a philanthropist because, he worked with 24 orphaned children in the making of his movie, “Blood Diamond.” In 1998, Leo donated $35,000 going towards the, ”Leonardo Dicaprio Computer Center.” He also gave towards the Pediatric Epilepsy Project, Feeding America, Reef Check Foundation, and many more. Habitat for Humanity helps people when major disasters strike like, Super-storm Sandy, Haiti earthquake, and Indonesia disasters.
