CASE STUDY • Suresh, the production manager, had to consider Ranga Rao when Anil Dhawan, the HR Director reffered for him although he was busy at that time so prior appointment should be taken.
In this case, the interviewer was busy with phone calls and office work at the time of interview so to avoid the problem interview should take place in a private room.
