MOBIUS UPDATE What is happening at UCA?
In viewing this presentation, it is our hope that you will have a glimpse of some of the many activities the Board and Leadership Team of UCA have addressed since our Celebration of Renewal Meeting on November 29, 2012. The results handout given to each of you at that meeting is duplicated for you on the slides. The colored circles indicate which of the 5 Disciplines is being addressed as was indicated in the Organizational Assessment completed from the Focus Groups meetings.
A large values banner painted by Mrs. DeLaBruere is hanging in the cafeteria Posters which are duplicates of the banner are hanging in each classroom and throughout the school
The Leadership team has helped to bridge the gaps between the Board, the faculty and the parents. Defining roles and authority has been part of the process.
