The numbers… More than 40% responded which is a great sample size
Verbose feedback – What went right? • The concept • Mentor • Interactive sessions • Guidance • Presentation slides • Interaction • Absence of parent’s pressure • Freedom to interact • Management • Ambience • Timeliness • Organization
Verbose feedback – What could be better? • Duration – 1 day was too less • Amount of interaction(time) was less • Lack of base data upfront • Missing introductions • Low response from girls • “Lot of candidates were still shy by the end of the day” • Parent-less affair • Should not have allowed parents in the end • Plays/skits • Number of re-groups were low • Venue should have been in the city • Food • “Travelling arrangement, food, event hall, programme”

Recommendation based on feedback • Make it 1.5-2 days event • Do it in 6-9 months interval • Venue - city centre • Parents involvement must - need to explore the ways to make it happen • Facilitate more interaction between people • Share background information – how?
