How did you attract/address your audience?. I have used red, black and white for the colours on the magazine because they are contrasting colours and they stand out from one another making all of the text on the cover eye catching.

  1. How did you attract/address your audience?

  2. I have used red, black and white for the colours on the magazine because they are contrasting colours and they stand out from one another making all of the text on the cover eye catching. The model on the cover is of similar age to the target audience, this means the audience can relate to the story and could be more inclined to buy the magazine to discover more about the main story. I have also included cover stories which are based upon the audiences preferences. These are people like Eminem, Drake, Kanye West and Snoop Dogg, this will attract the audience and make them inclined to buy it. I used a font which is quite blocky, this is because a lot of magazines have thin and sharp font styles, which would allow my magazine to stand out from these other magazines.

  3. Audiences always want to know more about their role models, that is why the main story has been made to stand out the most, I have also included a quote which will intrigue the audience as it will want them to find out more about their idol inside the magazine. I have added an effect to the main image, which makes it unusual compared to other magazines. I did this to make he magazine stand out from the others in the shop and make customers more inclined to buy it due to its uniqueness.
