Dynamic Stretch – Scorpions • Lie face-down on the floor with your arms extended in a T position, palms down • Keep your core tight and hands still • Contract your glute and bring one heel towards your opposite hand • Keep your opposite hip in contact with the floor • Return to the starting position and repeat with your opposite leg • This movement will stretch your hip flexors and quads, and strengthen your glutes
