Accomplishments • Total revenues for 2002 were $43 thousand, 2003 were $285 thousand and projected sales for 2004 are 1 million. • 2004 YTD revenues are $85 thousand with gross profit margins of 47% • $607,000 Series A financing received out of $800,000 sought (in exchange for 20% preferred ownership interest). • Raised $210,000 in friends and family equity between August 2001 and July 2002.

Accomplishments Cont. • Secured a $12,500 grant from the National Collegiate Inventors and Innovators Alliance (NCIIA) for further development of the crutch. • Secured FDA company registration and device listing. • Three U.S. Patents for product innovation (two utility patents pending) and design (design patent issued) and a successfully trademarked company name and brand.
