LEGO ROBOTS!!! Orientation
Outline Objective Introduction Statement of Problem Analysis Results Conclusions
Objective Our Goal is simply to construct a model of a debris retrieving robot that completes the requirements
Introduction Our Company’s Motto: People’s Safety is 1st! Robots can be constructed to prevent harm to humans Robots can go to dangerous and hard places!!
Statement of Problem Restrictions: • Red Pucks • Under 2 minutes • No touching robot after start • Sound signal start • Staying on line Limitations: • 3 motors (max) • 4 sensors (max) Goal: • Do task successfully and efficiantly • Keep people safe!
Analysis • We accomplished our goal by working efficiently and carefully Techniques: • Creativity • Instruction • Persistence Technology: • LEGO Mind-storm Kit • LEGO Mind-storm NXT software
Results SUCCESS IS OURS!! • Robot • Programming • Time • Debris/puck • Sensors
Conclusion • More use of autonomous robots • Results are useful for later projects
