  4. 視訊會議室帳號 範例 以 ZCC-一廠1F(7001) 為例 紅色框的欄位是AP系統必填欄位 登入帳號:9004 會議室:10.4.252.18 9004 保管人:wenfeng.zhou_周文峰 9004 ZCC-一廠1F(7001) 公司 : 會議室所在的廠區 部門 : 會議室內電腦的IP 職稱 : 該會議室的視訊負責人 [會議室:][保管人:]是關鍵字 視訊撥碼 會議室名稱 會議室分機 57001 9004@chicheng.cn 會議室帳號 關鍵字 登入帳號:9004

  5. 新增會議室 由各廠向該廠的AD帳號維護人員提出.依照P4規範填寫內容. 停用(刪除)會議室帳號 由各廠向該廠的AD帳號維護人員提出. 1.清除AD帳號內網頁欄位的關鍵字[會議室帳號] 2.刪除該會議室的AD帳號. 或者 將該帳號拖至[離職區](停用)放置 時效:系統每日04:00同步資料,故AD帳號建立後於隔日可以從頁面中看到資料 同步後DB撈取的位置 10.4.254.43/LOGON, CCC_MeetingRoomList_V

  6. 各廠聯絡人更新 由各廠向http://web.chicheng.com.tw的管理者提出更新EXCEL檔案. 更新EXCEL後可以立刻看到.
