  1. Mission Statement • Our mission here at Fit sync. is to make our athletes better in any sport through a wide range of effective training methods. Our trainers are experienced in advanced sport training adapting the athletes to perform at their peak level. With our research and technology development in bio mechanics and kinesiology, we were able to provide knowledge and skills to the athletes helping them perform in their athletic event. At Fit Sync. We emphasize our focus on injury prevention, speed, strength, and proper nutrients with a background in supplementation to our clients. These categories give our athletes the best possible outcome after they have completed Fit Sync. Our trainers and educators have excellent backgrounds when it comes to helping the athlete perform at their best possible level. Although our main priority is making sure the athlete performs at his or her maximal capability, we also provide a friendly an energetic atmosphere making all applicants feel accepted and well prepared.

  2. Speed • Here at Fit Sync. one of our main categories that we focus on is speed. Our staff here is well knowledgeable in the studies of kinesiology and biology giving clients the best opportunity to reach their full potential. We test all athletes here by doing the very drills that professional athletes do for their off-season workouts.

  3. Injury Prevention • One of our biggest goals here at Fit Sync. is teaching athletes how to do all athletic actions in ways that push their body, but also keeps it safe. With a main focus of injury prevention we show athletes the importance of warming up and cooling down before and after work outs, how to properly take off and land when jumping and stretching to increase flexibility. Accompanied by these methods we will also hold backpedal sessions which is a great workout for quads and hamstrings but also helps strengthen the knee to reduce injury. Our goal is to make our athletes better while also keeping them safe.

  4. Plyometrics • Increasing an athlete’s vertical and foot speed are key components to increasing their ability to compete. Our trainers are very knowledgeable of different jump programs that will push the athletes to heights they never thought they could reach. During plyometric workouts athletes will experience using plyo-presses, jumping on boxes, resistance jumping, and many different forms of agility stations for foot speed. At Fit Sync. we will be able to push our athletes and increase their vertical and have them develop faster feet, in turn making them better competitors.

  5. Nutrition • Here at Fit Sync. a main priority is for us to teach the athletes about proper nutrition and supplementation. It is important to the athlete to know as much about his body and what he or she should be taking to make them perform at a level they have never before. Throughout this process we will be teaching the athletes about proper nutrition for the body, as well as giving the athletes a dietary guidance. At Fit Sync. we have a wide variety of dietitians and health professionals on sight so they can answer any questions that an athlete may want to know. Our well educated staff is also here to teach the athletes about proper supplementation and what they are able to take to get them to perform on a different level.

  6. Athletic trainer • Must be able to work with ages eight and up and athletes of all skill levels. Also well knowledgeable in the realm of sports medic area and able to provide injured athletes with positive rehabilitation programs. • Graduated from an accredited ATP, CPR, NATA, 250 clinical hrs or 1-2yrs of experience. • Rehabilitation after injury/surgery/etc. on site in case of injuries, develop friendly relationships with athletes. • Health benefits included

  7. Speed, Strength, and Plyometric • This jobs requires the ability to teach diverse group proper exercises to help them reach their full potential. • The trainers must have a degree in one of these majors kinesiology, physiology of exercise, or health promotion. • Communication skills, certifications, fine with diverse group of people. • The trainers will teach and motivate a diverse group of people.   8. Nutrition and Supplementation specialist • Teaching nutrition and supplementation to athletes attending a sports performance camp. You must be able to teach the proper nutrition as well as proper supplementation for the increase in the athlete’s performance. • Applicant must hold a bachelor degree or higher in nutrition or health education. • Certifications, Communication, Computer skills, Problem Solving • The nutritionist will counsel and teach the athletes the supplements necessary to help them increase their performance. The nutritionist will be able to provide a scientific explanation to the client in order to show them the steps to make in creating a diet plan for optimal performance. • Six days a weeks (40hrs)/ health insurance included
