17. Procedure for Selection Of BNVs • Candidates fulfilling criteria's laid down by ministry • Application will be screened through a committee constituting by VLW e.g.(Sarpanch,Garamsevak,Talathi,Police patil,AWW,HM etc) • E.O/ Supervisor will head the committee • Applications thus received will be put before GRAMSABHA for information

18. BNVs • Selected Candidates will be issued with ID • BDO will issue a letter to ADO to issue a sim for Mobile to used as CUG Member

19. Survey • One day mass level Sensitization will be given to all selected BNVs • They will be trained to fill up survey forms as prescribed by the Ministry • Time line for collection of data will be 8 days • Three copies one with BNV another with GP • And Consolidated data with BDO,CEO&SIRD

20. Monitoring • Will be done as guidelines • Dy Ceo Village panchayat will be Block Link Officer • SIRD will depute district link officer • Monthly review will be taken • Based on that further action will be planned like trouble shooting,refresher training etc • Periodical addition,expulsion will be carried out
