  3. The grey zone of concern On no concern at all zone, childs/youths issues appeares to be well. He/she has no bigger problems in his/her life (nothing unusual). On a little bit of concern zone, youths situation arouses little concern or wonder. When concern is growing even more whe are in the grey zone of concern. That’s when concern is substantial and it continues to grow.

  4. The grey zone of concern When the concernhascame to the zone of grey, ithas to bereactedrightawayifworking with thatyouthhasn’tstartedyet. The employee's work is difficult, their own treatment method has been used, or they are low. There has to be a multiprofessional team to work with this youth. On major concern zone worker assesses the youth being in a major risk. His/her whole life can be in risk.

Early intervention Early intervention: ● The problems are detected and aimed to find solutions as early as possible. ● We also need to constructive well-being and work preventive before there is no problems to be noticed. The main working tool in this model is the coming concern about the child. You have to trust your insticts if you have a feeling that there is something wrong.

  6. Early intervention You will have to take the upcoming concern for serious. Concern is a subjective feeling, but with it you can detect some serious problems that youth is having. The early the work to dimish problems start the more permanent are the results too.
