Othercomputer tools/applications including asynchronous collaboration applications. Game play or game simulation software is rapidly becoming the fourth type of readily accepted e-learning tool. WEEKNESSES Learners need to have access to a computer as well as the Internet. Learners also need to have computer skills with programs such as word processing, Internet browsers, and e-mail. Teachers should manage computer files and online learning softwares E-learning also requires just as much time for attending class and completing assignments as any traditional classroom course. Students may feel isolated from the instructor
