Upgrade Overview • PeopleSoft Financials will be upgraded from v9.1 to v9.2 • People Tools will be upgraded from v8.53 to v8.54 • Why? – Support will end for v9.1 in December of 2016
Upgrade Overview • Module upgrades impacting Budget Managers include eProcurement • Additional module upgrades include Accounts Payable, Asset Management, General Ledger, Grants and Web Based Budgeting
Key Dates • Upgrade – April 7th to April 10th • System unavailable for Budget Managers during this timeframe • Go-live – April 11th
Additional v9.2 Training • PeopleSoft v9.2 eProcurement • Loop – March 31st at 10:30 a.m. • Loop – April 20th at 2 p.m. • LPC – March 30th at 10:30 a.m. • LPC – April 21st at 11:00 a.m.
New Features You will see several changes in the look, layout and navigation of Peoplesoft and eProcurement.
