Guarding the Holy Gate: Way to rest our mind and refocus ourselves
Practicing the 1st treasure will allow us to fully manifest our potential and the Tao within, and to access our inherent wisdom and benevolence. Knowing ≠ Walking Holy Teacher: “Once the door is opened, you must walk the inward path to see the true master”
The Holy Mantra Contains Five Words • The domain of absolute: Limitless,, indescribable silent “void” or the origin that gives rise to the universe. • The domain of relativity: A derivation of the first word: that same stillness and silence in motion through the interaction of yin and yang • The domain of physicality: A derivation of the 2nd word: All sensible and tangible beings in which the Buddha Seed of All are sowed; Buddha • To Permeate/Expand Maitreya • To Contract/Return
Holy Mantra: How to use Holy mantra should be recitedmentally, not orally. Do not write it down, but remember it by heart.

How 3 treasures can be used together • Relax the whole body • Straighten your back • Hold your holy hand sign in front of the chest • Tongue softly presses against upper palate • Have your eyes 70% closed with nose in view • Focus your thought back to the holy gate • “Mentally” recite the holy mantra loudly (5 words)
