SEEED SOWN FOR A SOCIETY • In 1965, Col Kirpal Singh & Satyanand initiated the pioneer attempt of uniting all psychiatrists & residents in association with Dr S.Duttaray of MAMC & Dr Austin of Safdarjung hospital • These periodic meetings comprise mainly Clinical case presentations. • Venue was generally AIIMS, MAMC & later Raheja Nursing Home

  6. By 1980s, regular meetings by Drs Neelam & Neena Bohra, S.C.Malik, Premlata Chawla, Satyawati, R C Jiloha Avdesh made it happened the genesis of Delhi Psychiatry society
