  2. An individual cannot legally possess a MANPADS under federal law. A MANPADS not in the possession of the United States Government must be registered in the National Firearms Registration and Transfer Record, which are maintained by the A.T.F.There are presently no MANPADS legally registered in Florida or elsewhere in the United States.

If you encounter an individual in possession of a piece of equipment that resembles any of the attached photos or anything similar please hold and notify the On-Call Intelligence agent who will respond and make any further notifications necessary. If you have any questions in regards to MANPADS please contact the Intelligence Unit.
