  3. First, What is a fuel cell? A Fuel Cell is an electrochemical device that combines hydrogen and oxygen to produce electricity, with water and heat as its by-product. Electrolyte (전해질) (음극 판) (양극 판) The water is the only substance that is made. NO CO2, NO noise, No pollution. So fuel cell is a totally eco-friendly device.
