  4. Presentations • One PC / room • Presentations done from these PCs • All presentations must be uploaded on the server • USB cable • Icon on the desktop • Folder structure on the server • (... Overhead projectors available in all rooms ...)

Informatics • WiFi is available everywhere in the EPFL • EPFL: for visitors working on EPFL projects • Public-EPFL: for visitors participating in meetings • not secured (not coded) • does not let you enter the EPFL intranet • It is not possible to send mail (no smtp). • To connect: • Choose the wifi network: public-epfl • Go to the web page: https://enclair.epfl.ch/ • Give the username : x-itpa07 • And password : ladsam64 • Printers (in CRPP buildings): • Connect to the printer server called crppprintersrv1 • Choose a printer (names contain building / floor ) • Meeting rooms will be locked during lunch breaks

Coffee, lunch breaks • Coffee breaks will be taken either here or on both sites • Monday & Thursday: CO-017 • Tuesday & Wednesday: CO-017 & PPB-019 • Lunches will be taken at 'Le Parmentier' (Centre midi – follow guides) • Self-service restaurant (vegetarian dishes available) • Reserved table • Present voucher • Tap water at table. Extra beverages not included in voucher

  7. Entertainment • Visit of TCV • 17h30 in CRPP hall (PPB) • 0.5 – 1 hour. Tokamak, diagnostics, ECH, control room • Dinner • 17h30 in bus in front of TCV building (CO – side) • Drive to Grandvaux, Domaine de la Crausaz • Wine tasting / presentation of vineyards • Dinner • Return at 22:30 • Stop close to hotels
