  1. Q: How do I send a Message? First, Login to NTREIS Transactions You will be on your home page. Click on the property or file of the participant whom you wish to send a message.

  3. Sending/Viewing a Message… This is your summary page for this file. At the top of the file information click on the word “Messages”

  4. Send a Message To create a message click on Send New Message

  5. Viewing a Message… • To view a message click on the underlined message subject • You may choose to reply to Sender or Send New Message

  6. Send A Message • First, highlight the participant(s) you would like to receive the message • Next, click the “Add” button. • Next complete the subject and message

  7. Email this message… • If you would like to send this message to the participant’s email address as well, be sure to checkmark the “Email this message to recipients as well.” • Finally click the “Send” button.
