Project Overview • The Project is primarily an application suite concentrating on Small & Medium Enterprises (SMEs) by providing them with business applications on demand • These applications are deployed on a cloud setup as a web portal • Applications covered as a part of the project – • Self Managed Repository • Name Finder • Knowledge Management System • Sales Management System • Appraisal Management System

Application Specifications I • Self Managed Repository • Registered users with defined quota of storage • On demand increase and decrease of storage • Decrease of quota on improper utilization • Uploads and removal of any document with real-time update of quota • Name Finder • Creating and updating information with data feed from a HR system • No deletions. Only flag assignments – Active or Inactive • Search engine to get the details of the required person
