  5. What is the Progress and Performance Index (PPI)?

  6. Goal: To reduce the proficiency gap by half by the end of the 2016-17 school year Current proficiency level Gap narrowing goal 100 % proficiency The PPI is the measurement used to track the progress of the Commonwealth’s districts, schools, and student groups toward meeting this goal
