Any interested member of a working committee should have entitled to be a member of that committee. Consensus standards reached out with each Organization member representing the vendor's interests, manufacturers, consumers, and government of its country. After going through the six stages process it has been published as an ISO standard starting from the introductory stage which is also known as the proposal stage in which standard need is determined and members are identified who are willing to work. Which then enters the preparatory stage where the standard working draft has been developed. After that, it enters the committee stage which sent out for the comments until it reaches out to the consensus.
